A warm welcome awaits at the Proven House at Lane Side Farm.  We are a small family working beef and sheep farm with Pedestrian/Wheelchair access across 500 metres of our farmland.  Recently renovated 4 star gold award luxurious self catering accommodation in the Heart of the Ribble Valley, an area of outstanding natural beauty.

The newly converted stone build ground floor accomodation is a self catering cottage within the farmyard complex.  The accommodation comprises of one double bedroom, which can also be used as a twin room with electric changable beds, all situated on the ground floor level; making it perfect for families, elderly and we also cater for disabled residents.  We have also been awarded Mobility Level 2 award.

With lovely views, The Proven House offers a perfectbase for your stay in the Lancashire countryside.

Conveniently located for easy access to market towns such as Longridge and Clitheroe.  The Ribble Way footpath is close by making this an excellent location for walkers exploring Lancashire and the Yorkshire Dales hills and valleys.  Cyclists welcome, as we are near the fantastic cycling trails in Gisburn forrest.  The proprietors who live in the main house are on hand to provide you with local knowledge if you should need it.
